“Kommersant”: military servicemen of the Kursk region were forbidden to leave the region from September 21
Residents Kursk regionregistered with the military commissariat and in reserve, it is forbidden to leave the region without the permission of the military commissariat. This was stated by the chief military commissar of the region Vladimir Rodionovreports “Kommersant”.
He clarified that this measure began to operate from 9 am on September 21. Rodionov noted that the conscripts subject to mobilization, who are currently outside the Kursk region, must return within three days or be registered at the place of stay.
As the Chairman of the Regional Security Committee emphasized Mikhail Gorbunov, mobilization will partially affect those who have served in the army, have a military specialty and combat experience.
