What problematic objects are planned to be commissioned in Astana in 2023

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Elorda Kurylys Company has reported that it is planned to complete the construction of 11 problematic facilities in the capital in 2023, Kazinform correspondent reports.

According to Ruslan Kadesov, General Director of Elorda Kurylys Company LLP, there are many comments regarding the delay in the delivery of apartment buildings.

“We all must understand that problematic objects speak for themselves, where initially there was no design and estimate documentation. Shortcomings are identified, which we correct during construction. In many houses sold by unscrupulous developers, there were no design estimates. The growth in the cost of building materials used by our contractors has affected the delay in pace. For this reason, we carried out an analysis. Where necessary, adjustments were made to the design estimate. According to the legislation, construction and installation work should be suspended for the period of adjustments,” Ruslan Kadesov said.

He clarified that in 2023, 11 objects are planned to be completed in the capital. In particular, Triumph City, Arystan (third stage), Zere, Altyn Bulak, Peaceful House, Future Home, Zhagalau 4 (third polygon), Anisa, Sadovye quarters (first stage).

“Our agreements concluded with one of the banks allow us to solve it through a 100% contribution from a private investor. We also signed an agreement on joint activities with our participation. Within the framework of this agreement, about 1,000 people will receive their apartments without investing budgetary funds,” the company’s general director said.

Also, the Metropolitan Department of Control and Quality of the Urban Environment promised that the Family Park residential complex will be stably connected to electricity until the end of this year.

Earlier it was reported that by the end of 2022 in Astana are planning solve the problems of about three thousand equity holders.
