Since the beginning of the year, the services of the Investment Portal of Moscow, where measures of state support for business are presented, have been used 100 thousand times. This was announced on September 22 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
“With the help of the Investment Portal of Moscow, entrepreneurs who operate in the city can submit projects for consideration in a couple of clicks, select the best support measures, and get answers to pressing questions. The demand for online services of the site is constantly growing. For all the time they have been used more than 550 thousand times, and 100 thousand times this year alone,” said Vladimir Yefimov.
So, according to him, the navigator of support measures is most in demand among businesses, where you can find federal and regional types of assistance according to the specified parameters. It was used 15.2 thousand times this year – almost 3 thousand more than in the same period last year. Now the navigator presents 158 types of assistance: these are tax incentives, subsidies and grants.
In addition, a direct contact line is popular among users, through which you can contact the Moscow government. In 2022, it received 1.8 thousand requests from entrepreneurs, said the head of the investment and industrial policy department Vladislav Ovchinsky. “Most often, investors are interested in bidding procedures, find out the nuances of obtaining subsidies from the city, and offer their investment projects for consideration,” he specified.
In addition, with the help of electronic resources, investors can sign up and inspect real estate offered for auction. Since the beginning of 2022, entrepreneurs have used the service 40,000 times, 3,000 times more than in the past. Note that for some lots, virtual tours are available on the portal, so they can be studied online. Such objects are marked with a special icon, and there are more than 580 of them on the site.
The investment portal is constantly being developed. This year, the pages of each lot have become more convenient and informative. Now it publishes data on the population in the selected territory, the infrastructure around the facility, as well as its location and transport accessibility, said the Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow Roman Urnyshev. “Such analytics opens up additional opportunities for entrepreneurs: they do not need to look for information about an object in disparate sources, all key information is now available in the lot card. For example, potential investors can see in advance which real estate has a location with sufficient traffic, and then sign up for a personal inspection of the object,” he explained.
We add that another popular option of the portal is to apply for familiarization with the tender documentation in order to obtain information about the object of the auction. This year, this service was used 1.4 thousand times.
A total of 31 online services are now available on the Moscow Investment Portal.
