British Prime Minister Liz Truss said that no one threatens Russia. She made the corresponding statement during her speech at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

According to her, the United Kingdom intends to maintain or even increase military assistance to Ukraine, writes September 22 RIA Novosti. “New weapons from the UK, including the MLRS, are arriving in Ukraine while I’m speaking,” she added.

On September 21, the President of the Russian Federation addressed the Russians, his speech was devoted to the course of the special operation in Ukraine. He, in particular, stated that the allied forces are confronting “not only neo-Nazi formations, but in fact the entire military machine of the collective West,” which threatens the very existence of Russia.

Earlier, the Sunday Times wrote that the financial support of the military operations of Ukraine from the UK will run out by the end of 2022. According to the publication, the country is running out of weapons that it can give to Kyiv. Commenting on the supply of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, the Kremlin noted that this does not contribute to the awakening of the Ukrainian leadership’s desire to resume peace negotiations.
