The senator explained how the mobilization summons will be served

Summons for conscription for military service as part of the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation will be handed over to citizens personally. There is no other option for serving subpoenas, Viktor Bondarev, head of the Federation Council committee on defense and security, said.

The senator explained that the percentage of potential recruits who are constantly away from home is small. Most citizens have a specific address of residence, where the subpoenas will be sent, Bondarev’s words were broadcast by the channel “Together-RFon Wednesday, September 21st.

“We can call, don’t worry about it,” the senator summed up.

The decree on the beginning of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation was signed on September 21 by Vladimir Putin. It is planned to recruit 300,000 reservists to participate in the special operation; they will undergo training before being sent to the combat zone.

Students and conscripts will not fall under this stage of the call. Partial mobilization applies to Russians who have completed military service and have a military registration specialty. Earlier, the head of the State Duma Defense Committee explained in detail who put on the list mobilization in the first place.
