The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Mintsifry of Russia) explained what to do if an employee of an accredited IT company who meets the requirements for deferment from partial mobilization has already received a subpoena.
As the Interfax agency reports with reference to the information of the department, in this case, when you personally appear at the military registration and enlistment office, you must take a certain set of documents with you for presentation.
This is the original or a certified copy of the employment contract with the employer; diploma of obtaining specialized higher education; an extract from the register of state accreditation of the company-employer in the field of IT, certified by the general director of the company or a person authorized by him; a certificate from the place of work signed by the CEO or a person authorized by him that the employee is involved in the development, development, implementation, maintenance and operation of IT solutions or in ensuring the functioning of the information infrastructure.
Also, the Ministry of Digital Transformation explained what documents the employees of the telecom operator need in order to provide them to the military registration and enlistment office for a delay in receiving the summons.

As before wrote “Expert”the Ministry of Digital Development said that employees of accredited IT enterprises, telecom operators and media will be able to get the right to a deferment from partial mobilization with higher education and full-time employees.
The department believes that the postponement of partial mobilization for these specialists will ensure the sustainable operation of critical information infrastructure facilities, guarantee the stable and secure provision of digital services, ensure prompt informing of the country’s population and stimulate the emergence of new Russian developments necessary for the accelerated replacement of used foreign solutions, in including at defense industry enterprises.
