BAIKONUR. KAZINFORM Less than an hour remains before the launch of the Soyuz MS-22 transport manned spacecraft (TPK) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazinform correspondent reports.

The launch of the Soyuz 2.1a launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-22 TPK with the Russian-American crew on board is scheduled for 19:54 Astana time. At Baikonur, the time is one hour less.

Three hours before the launch, the ISS-68 crew – Sergey Prokopiev, Dmitry Petelin, Frank Rubio – reported to the Chairman of the State Commission – First Deputy Head of Roscosmos Alexander Ivanov about their readiness for flight. Numerous guests who arrived at Baikonur took part in the so-called “ceremonial” state commission.
