The head of the presidential press service, Dmitry Peskov, during a daily briefing with reporters, commented on the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine.
According to a Kremlin spokesman, the return of people from the dungeons of the Kyiv regime can only be welcomed, RIA Novosti reports.
“Each exchange is the result of very, very difficult work, very painstaking, complex, active work,” the press secretary of the head of state emphasized. – In any case, we can only welcome the return of people from the dungeons of the Kyiv regime, especially our guys.
As before wrote “Expert”, Moscow and Kyiv carried out the exchange of prisoners of war. As part of the exchange, 55 people were handed over to Russia, including Viktor Medvedchuk, former MP and leader of the Ukrainian Choice movement. 215 people were transferred to Ukraine.
