The euro exchange rate on the Moscow exchange fell below 55 rubles for the first time since July

The ruble continues to increase its growth rate. Such data are provided by the Moscow Exchange on Friday, September 23.

It is noted that the euro has already fallen below 55 rubles. This is the first time this has happened since July 1st. As for the dollar, it fell below 57 rubles. – this is at least from July 22, informs RIA News. The dollar exchange rate by “tomorrow” settlements at the middle of the day fell by 2.09 rubles, the euro – by 2.54 rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the trading platform.

Earlier it became known that, according to experts, the importance of the dollar for the domestic economy and financial system will continue to weaken in the coming months. It is expected that by the end of 2022 their role in Russia will decrease even more significantly. At the same time, according to analysts, the role of the currencies of friendly countries and the ruble will increase.
