The Tagansky District Court of Moscow considered a request for the recovery of a debt from rock performer Garik Sukachev in favor of the HOA for payment of housing and communal services. As reported on Friday, September 23, in the press service of the court, 514 thousand rubles were recovered from the artist.
Sukachev was also ordered to pay a penalty in the amount of 15 thousand rubles. and the cost of paying the state fee in the amount of 8497 rubles, writes TASS. At the same time, the HOA demanded to recover from the musician a penalty in the amount of 179 thousand rubles. for late payment, but the court granted the claim in part.
Rosstat previously reported that the debts of Russian citizens for housing and communal services for the year increased by 56.6 billion rubles. and reached 804.5 billion rubles. already in the first quarter of 2022. At the same time, debts to management companies increased by 3%, to resource-supplying organizations – by 11%.
