KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM A new akim has been appointed in the Osakarovskiy district of the Karaganda region. Ruslan Nurmakhanbetov will manage the district, Kazinform correspondent reports.
In agreement with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputies of the district maslikhat, Ruslan Yesenbekovich Nurmukhanbetov was appointed akim of the Osakarovsky district. Prior to that, he worked in the same area as deputy akim.
Akim of Karaganda region Zhenis Kassymbek took part in an extraordinary session of the district maslikhat and presented the candidacy of the head of the district. The deputies supported her.
Zhenis Kassymbek outlined the priority tasks in the region to the new akim. Among them are the construction of housing, providing the population with clean drinking water, and improving infrastructure.
“Funds have been allocated for the construction of water supply networks in the villages of Pionerskoye, Ozernoye-Eraly and the seventh stage in the village of Osakarovka. The facilities are to be completed in 2023. Within the framework of the special project “Auyl – El Besigi” this year, much attention is paid to the village of Molodyozhny, where the House of Culture, two schools and a sports complex are being overhauled. It is necessary to control the quality of work and the deadlines for the implementation of projects,” said the regional akim.
Ruslan Nurmukhanbetov has been in public service for over 16 years. He began his career in 2005 as a specialist in the administration of the akim of the village of Molodezhny, Osakarovskiy district. Held various positions in the apparatus of the akim of the Osakarovsky district. Then he worked in the North Kazakhstan region as a deputy head of the education department. After that he worked in the Bukhar-Zhyrau region, where he rose from the chief specialist to the deputy akim of the region. From August 2017 to the present, he was deputy akim of the Osakarovskiy district, in this position he oversaw issues of economy, agriculture, veterinary medicine, and land relations.
