More than 3,000 capital equity holders plan to receive apartment keys this year

ASTANA. KAZINFORM – By the end of 2022, about 3,000 equity holders plan to complete the problems in Astana. This was announced by Daulet Doskulov, head of the Department for Control and Quality of the Urban Environment of Astana, Kazinform correspondent reports.

As informed in the capital administration, in 2019 there were 52 problematic objects in the capital.

“According to the results of 2020, the problems of 20 houses in 14 objects were resolved, these are 2,700 equity holders.

In 2021, the authorized organization Elorda Kurylys Company completed the construction of 57 houses in eight sites. This covers about 7 thousand equity holders. Until the end of 2022, it is planned to complete the remaining 40 houses in 11 sites. According to the forecasts of the authorized organization for 2021-2023, construction is planned in 33 facilities. This is more than 10 thousand equity holders,” said Daulet Doskulov at a meeting of the city maslikhat.

According to the head of the department, today construction and installation work is underway at all the remaining problematic facilities.

“Among the problematic facilities are such residential complexes as: Arystan residential complex (third stage), Aysanam De Luxe, Arystan residential complex (stage 1-2), Altyn Shar, Shygys 4.1, Zhagalau 4 ”, LCD “Royal Expo”, LCD “Komsomolsky”, “Anisa” (second-third stages).

He clarified that the company allocated funds from the budget in the amount of 140 billion tenge to complete the construction of problematic apartment buildings. Daulet Doskulov assured that the bulk of the allocated amount has been disbursed.

In turn, Elorda Kurylys Company LLP clarified how many equity holders plan to receive the keys to the long-awaited apartments this year.

“If you look at plans for 2022, we plan to put into operation and issue keys to equity holders in 11 facilities. This will cover 3,537 equity holders. The total amount for this event this year will be 106 billion tenge,” said Ruslan Kadesov, General Director of the company.
