KOKSHETAU. KAZINFORM – Heat tariffs have been increased in Kokshetau. Now residents of the regional center will pay 20% more, budgetary organizations – by 12% and legal entities – by 15%, Kazinform correspondent reports.
According to Askar Nurmaganbetov, Deputy General Director of the State Enterprise on the REM Kokshetau Zhylu, this increase is due to the rise in the price of coal and its transportation.
“For the heating season of 2022-23, there was an increase in the cost of strategic goods – Ekibastuz coal (5,877 tenge with delivery) and Maikuba coal (12,481 tenge) – by 30%, as well as an increase in the cost of transporting coal (443 million tenge). These reasons increase the annual cost of the tariff estimate,” said Askar Nurmaganbetov.
Pthe enterprise applied for an increase in the average selling tariff by 15.28% and a draft differentiated tariffs, where the increase in tariffs was for the population – by 20%, budgetary organizations – by 12% and legal entities – by 15%. The tariffs were approved with entry into force on October 1, 2022.
As noted in the department, by groups of consumers, tariffs have the following gradation: legal entities with a metering device (PU) – 5,851.45 tenge / Gcal (an increase of 15.2%), legal entities without a PU – 7,925.71 tenge / Gcal ( growth 15.2%), budgetary organizations with PE – 15,097.83.45 tenge/Gcal (growth 12.6%), budgetary organizations without PE – 23,026.53 tenge/Gcal (growth 12.6%), population with PE – 1,701.13 tenge/Gcal (20% increase) and the population without PE – 3,451.66 tenge/Gcal (20% increase).
Meanwhile, according to the speaker, at the end of 2021, the actual costs for the generation of thermal energy according to the tariff estimate amounted to more than 5.8 billion tenge, and the actual income for the sold thermal energy – 3.1 billion tenge, that is, the enterprise received less than 32% of income. The company’s accounts payable amount to almost 1.5 billion tenge, of which 1.3 billion are debts on lawsuits, and there are more than 400 of them. past and previous heating seasons. All this negatively affects the activity and financial and economic condition of the enterprise.
