Conference and award “Quality of service and consumer rights” will be held in Sochi in October

For the thirteenth time, on October 20-21, 2022, a conference and an award will be held at the five-star Grand Karat Sochi Hotel “Quality of service and consumer rights”. The event is aimed at encouraging and developing the motivation of organizations that have achieved high results in creating a quality product and meeting customer needs.

The “Quality of Service and Consumer Rights” conference is a dialogue with people who know a lot about doing business. At the event, you will discuss not only current economic problems, but also understand in practice how to create your own, effective strategy for implementing a business product. The conference will raise topical issues of the consumer market.

Among the main topics of discussion:

  • How and through whom to build communications with the consumer, convey the uniqueness of your company, product.
  • “New time – a challenge for business”. On the one hand, we live in a time of new opportunities, and on the other hand, this is a challenge that may not be accepted.

“Today, business is increasingly facing difficulties. The quality of production, the conditions of consumption are acquiring new forms of existence, which makes the economy look for new ways to function effectively. Therefore, one of the priority goals of our event is to discuss, solve practical problems that will help the consumer market adapt to new realities,” emphasized Victoria Pravednikova, executive director of the award and the conference.

Speakers of the event will share their experience: Anna Tupikina, Marketing Director of SberMarketing, Ekaterina Dubovka, Marketing Director of the FABERLIC Beauty and Personal Care Department, Svetlana Danelyan, Head of the SMM Department of Solaris PROMO production, TNT channel, and producer of the DaDaNetNet show.

At the end of the conference, there will be an awards ceremony for the winners of the “Quality of Service and Consumer Rights” award – leaders in creating conditions for doing quality business. The award will give an opportunity to declare oneself as a major player in the domestic market.
