Chebanenko was born on March 10, 1917 in the village of Bogoyavlenskoye in the Penza region. From the first days of World War II, she worked at the front as a nurse. She took part in the liberation of Kyiv and Voroshilovgrad. Was wounded. She met the victory in the war in Germany as a foreman of the medical service.

The veteran has Orders of the Patriotic War, I and II degrees, and medals “For Courage”, “For Military Merit” and “For the Defense of the Caucasus”. After demobilization, she worked at the Zaporizhstal plant, and then moved to the village of Mezhdurechensky. From then until the end of her life she lived in Tyumen.
