The Russian Ministry of Justice did not consider the request of the singer Alla Pugacheva to recognize her as a foreign agent. This was stated by Deputy Minister of the Department Oleg Sviridenko, transmits life.
The journalist asked the politician about whether the Ministry of Justice had begun to consider Pugacheva’s request to recognize her as a foreign agent. To which Sviridenko replied that the singer did not contact the department with this.
The Deputy Minister of Justice explained that the post on Instagram (the social network is banned in Russia because it belongs to the Meta corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation) is not an official appeal. And only this can be accepted for consideration, Sviridenko concluded.
At the same time, RIA Novosti previously reportedthat a resident of the Moscow region applied to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to check Pugacheva under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. A resident of Zvenigorod saw signs of this in the singer’s post on the social network. However, it is not known whether the police have started an investigation.
Recall that Pugacheva published a post on her social network in which she asked the Ministry of Justice to recognize her as a foreign agent after her husband, humorist Maxim Galkin. The showman entered the register of individuals-foreign agents on September 16.
