In St. Petersburg, seven young people who received 10 days of administrative arrest for participating in an uncoordinated rally were issued summonses to the military registration and enlistment office.

As Fontanka learned on September 23, the subpoenas were personally handed to them by a representative of the military commissariat. After their release, they “will be obliged to appear at the military registration and enlistment office and have the opportunity to mobilize.”

Sources of “Fontanka” report that in the near future, another 137 arrested participants in illegal actions will receive subpoenas from the hands of the police.

“Fontanka” wrotethat over the previous day, more than 310 people received administrative arrests of 10 days or more for participating in an unauthorized action. And only 10% of offenders remained at large with fines and compulsory work.
